The Force Acknowledge feature may be used to force users to acknowledge all slides in a slide show, and to record that data for reporting purposes. Once they have acknowledged all slides, they will not be displayed again unless they are republished.
To set this feature in any slide show, just click the check box in the properties tab of the slide show.
To see who has acknowledged which slides, click on the Slide Acknowledgments link under reports. You can also sort and filter the report on various columns.
Note that this feature can be combined with other features such as urgent notification and schedules. For example, you can create a slide show, and schedule it for early morning with Force Acknowledge and Urgent Notification. Then when each employee logs onto their workstation, they will see and acknowledge all the slides before they begin their other work.
