Mobile Users allow targeted content to be diseminated to users of the mobile app (Android, iOS) and the web player. To enable Moble Users, the authentication mode must be set to authorization required. Enabling mobile authentication will disable anonymous users and always prompt for a login. 

To edit the mobile settings, select Moble Settings from the Administrator menu.
